Services
We provide a caring, compassionate and professional
service using the latest advances in medicine, surgery and husbandry
for the improved welfare of animals.
In addition to routine patient care, medical and surgical services,
within our small animal practice, we also provide intensive care and
management of the critically ill, care of the elderly patient, dentistry,
soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery, medicine and surgery of the eye
and reproductive medicine including artificial insemination, to name
a few. We also offer acupuncture and chiropractic services. Our popular
puppy preschool classes need to be booked in advance.
With two dedicated equine practitioners we provide services to competition
and pleasure horses in lameness diagnosis, reproductive medicine
and artificial insemination, chiropractic, dentistry, foal care
and medicine of the athletic horse.
In addition, the practice also cares for farm animals in our semirural
and rural practice area including house cows, intensive dairy farms,
alpacas and llamas, sheep, goats and even zoo animals.
To back up the medical services, we have one of the most modern
hospital facilities in Australia, catering for family pets and horses.
Our modern diagnostic equipment includes ultrasound, endoscope,
radiology and in-house laboratory facilities.
Additional services include a fully equipped grooming parlour with
hydrobath facilities.
